Our Nutritional Analysis test measures your knowledge of nutrients and the dietary requirements of people in various states of health and/or illness. Designed for health and wellness professionals dealing with an emphasis in nutrition, this test covers the following topics: Diet Therapy, Food and Food Products-I, Food and Food Products-II, Food Chemistry, Food in Relation to Disease, Food Preservation and Processing, Food Quality, Microorganisms Important in Food Microbiology, Nutritional Biochemistry, and Nutrition in the Life-cycle.
