Administrative Assistant

Responsible for providing high-level administrative support to managers by preparing reports; handling information requests; screening telephone calls; directing office services; and planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting office policies and procedures. An Administrative Assistant also performs clerical functions such as preparing and filing correspondence and other documents, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
