Sales Professional

Responsible for selling goods and/or services by using established ethical and reputable techniques. A Sales Professional must have a thorough knowledge of the product or service being offered and be able to communicate that knowledge in a positive and informative manner. In addition, a person in this position must demonstrate skill in all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting; acquiring, identifying, and qualifying customers; gathering requirements; performing needs analysis; negotiating; closing; and follow-up.
