Optimize

On a routine basis, the Brainbench team will review the performance of the selection program. During this review, Brainbench will collect and measure data from the program. The data will then be analyzed and evaluated. The Brainbench team will then work with the customer to adjust and optimize the selection program's performance, as needed.

Collect

As part of the initial implementation, the Brainbench Consulting Services team will work with the customer to integrate efficient and effective policies and procedures to collect essential data from this program. In addition to the standard data collection points within the Brainbench Assessment engine, it may be necessary to collect data from the customer's human resources, operation, or sales team.

Analyze

On a routine basis, the Brainbench Consulting Services team will conduct an analysis of the performance of the selection program. Using a number of statistical models, the Brainbench team will produce a series of reports that highlight the performance of the selection solution.

Evaluate

Once the data from the selection solutions have been analyzed, the Brainbench team will work with the customer to evaluate the results. This discussion will determine the effectiveness of the program, and how it is doing when compared to the initial performance goals. The output from the evaluation phase may be recommendations to adjust the selection solution.

Adjust

Based on the recommendations from the Evaluation phase, the Brainbench team will make the necessary adjustments to the selection solution. This may range from an update to the Job Analysis, to a modification to the Assessment Battery.
